Putting Up The Tree

Towards the end of November Brooks and I decided to put out the tree. Normally we wait until Thanksgiving day or the day after, but with Brooks working the weekend we decided to put it up early. It was a lot of fun. Maddox kept adding ornaments to the same branch so we would have 4-5 on one limb. I should have taken a picture...well he had a great time and loved helping us. As we only have 1 child, Maddox is pretty spoiled. So every year Maddox helps put the star on top of the tree. I will hate to see what happens when another child comes along and he has to share that special moment.

I love Christmas time. I love being able to give and help others, I love the music, the feeling that accompanies this Holiday, it is all perfect.
